Europe: 2–7 business days

Customers receive order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking updates.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be unused;
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging;
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
