4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping Costs

All prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Import duties or customs charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by external payment service providers that comply with international security standards (PCI-DSS).
Linea does not store or access full credit card details.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.

7. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 14 days from delivery.

Conditions:

  • item unused, undamaged, in original packaging;
  • consumable/hygienic items cannot be returned;
  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours at:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

8. Warranty

For EU customers, legal warranty rights apply regarding product conformity. Warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of Linea or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: courier delays; indirect, incidental or consequential damages; misuse of products.

11. Governing Law

For EU customers: consumer protection laws of the European Union apply.
For company obligations: the agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the commercial registration of the provider.
